  • Jubilee Party has opposed the proposed national dialogue between President William Ruto and Azimio leader Raila Odinga.
During a Spice FM interview on Monday, July 15, the party Secretary-General Jeremiah Kioni described the dialogue as unnecessary.
"Dialogue is not bad but is not useful for us as a country today. It is not going to work," said Kioni.
He argued that the 2010 Constitution, established through dialogue, does not require another round of talks to address current crises.
Kioni questioned who would participate in these talks, asking, “Who are we dialoguing with? Who is sitting on the other side of the dialogue?”
He suggested that younger generations, or Gen Z, have moved beyond traditional dialogue and should lead the way in addressing current issues.

Simple answer...Vote of NO Confidence. Any registered voter can initiate the process and have "pro bono legal services to assist"
The constitution is very clear on that situation. People don't have to go in the streets but it is very important to go in the streets and demonstrate peacefully while signatures are collected. Ruto can't lead Kenya anymore. It will not be possible like it has been with chest thumping idiots in parliament who don't even read the constitution.

I agree with your guest .Parliament have not legislated to give effect to Chapter 6. They have ignored The Supreme court rulings on Acts passed deem not in line with our 2010 Constitution for example CDF Act and others etc. All they do is only circumvent the constitution by legitimising their act an another illegal Act.

Yes kioni is a leader who understands what we the youths are advocating for accountability transparency and executive should obey the constitution. Since the government has proved that they are not not ready to change their trend and instead they have decided to go but to public to corrupt the youths with the narrative lies the way they are used then we have push them out and bring change ones.

The dumbest argument I have heard in a while. Has this guy thought about what would happen beyond what he is saying. It was easy to fire everyone in 2005 for Kibaki until 2007 came. Kenya is and remains a very tribal collection of states before we can call it a nation.

The fking thing I don't understand is how KK took the majority from Azimio. It should always be automatic that whoever won the majority of the seats should have the majority, and the party that won should be electing the majority leader. I don't get how kk came in to making decisions on who the majority leader should be. Personally that is how it should work. Let the majority elect for the leader of the majority amd the minority to elect their minority leadership. It should have nothing do to with the minority.
