Wicca Phase used to be in the band Tiger’s Jaw who were really influential as an indie-rock and independent “emo” punk-ish DIY band, and during the recording of (their best full length in my opinion) Charmer, he straight up left and started making music under the Wicca Phase Springs Eternal, and he ngl kinda invented the emo-rap scene as we know it now, since teamSESH and Bones aren’t as big anymore. but fuck if you got this far
check out Avoid by Peep, Wicca Phase and other GBC member Doves (døves) and it’s even more in this vein, so if you loved this you would probably like this song.
