German Ambulance on Highway / Autobahn

German ambulance responding:
An ALS Emergency Ambulance from the private EMS provider Aicher Ambulanz Union is driving down on highway 9, heading towards the state's capital city of Munich. It was on the outer ring road, highway 99, and is heading to some of the large hospitals in the north or east of the city.
It's rather rare to see a German highway with so many lanes like in this case
