[RARE] Fire Convoy - Munich Fire Department - Fire Station 8

Station 8 is being dispatched to an automatic fire alarm with their command van, their rescue pumper and their ladder truck (the so-called fire convoy). Stations 1 and 7 have also been dispatched.
Fire station 8 is probably the station with the least calls in the city so that there is only a couple of videos of that station on youtube. Strangely the station is also located outside the city limits that's probably why no one ever gets there to make videos.

Sehr schönes Video , mal eine Frage wie lang standest du da , ich konnte damals Glücklicherweise auch den Halbzug der 8er wache auf Wachausfahrt filmen , dies war aber nur zufall das ich da war gerade ^^

why 3 fire departments responding to automatic fire alarm?!!

This station has just the shown vehicles . From station 1 came an extra command vehicle and from station 7 came an second rescue engine and an ambulance.

when a smaller station has just a reduced number of apparatus which don't form an entire tactical unit, then some apparatus from another station are dispatched to complete the tactical unit. Depending on the type of call, location etc some high-ranked chief might come from another station as well

+Odessa Rescue it depends on the building I live in a block of flats and its always at least 5 engines from 2 stations that responds automatic or a 112 call

Wieso befindet dich eine Wache der BF ausserhalb der eigentlichen Stadt? Ich werd da nicht wirklich schlau drauß.

Weil diese fürs direkt benachbarte Heizkraftwerk Nord zwingend notwendig war. Und das einzig sinnvolle Grundstück, welches zudem noch im Besitz der Landeshauptstadt München war, lag eben im Gemeindegebiet Unterföhring. Etwa 100 Meter weiter ist schon die Stadtgrenze.
