- This free property investing course will teach you my strategy for going from 0 to £3.24m property portfolio. In under 11 hours, you will learn everything to build a property portfolio using the BRR Strategy and generate consistent cash flow from rental income.
What is BRR? BRR stands for “Buy, Renovate, Rent”. A longer variation of this is BRRR for “Buy, Refurbish, Refinance, Rent”.
At its core, the brr strategy is straightforward. You buy a discounted or deal property, you add value by performing a series of upgrades including refurbishing the property e.g. implementing repairs, modernising the interiors, decorating it with quality furniture; and adding new bedrooms.
After the refurb is complete, you will refinance the property for its new value allowing you to recover the initial capital and generate cash.
In this video, I will break down all the steps in between from risk management, deal analysis and refurbishing tips to planning permissions, mortgages, bridging finance and more.

@@ThatAhmedKhan no problem! I have one question/commentary. When looking at the original strategy and the proposed strategy and than the pros and cons. Do you also look at the time it costs you when you refurb the property.
I mean when you refurb the property it takes you on average 6-9 months. That is potential a void, that you can not rent it out, in opposite of buying and renting it out almost instantly.
Btw now at 1h 45m and it is so detailed, it is insane, I love the depth of it!
First 20 minutes covers points never been covered before. Definitely worth it. Suggest you go at 2x, skip a few parts and take notes.

This is great, and i thank you for your time. I would like to ask the following, in the new model you didnt add the deposit to the cost, but in the traditional one you did. If we sum both models considering this 2 variables, they end up giving similar cost.
