I was most impressed by this Judge. People in India have been kicking the law ball down a superhighway and as such justice has been destroyed. We need Judges to pursue the investigating agencies to do all their investigations in a time bound manner.
seems the judge is trying to save banerjee. in india judge can't argument. judge is not lawyer. in indian constitution law can't see, only can hear. there are lawyer in defense side for argument.
You cant put people in jail without any proofs. Prison is for criminals, any delay means victimization.
She is right in her reprimand. Look at her reprimand - she goes over everything one by one. Vague words without anything concrete.
@@user-mj9kg4ww3l thats hight court and not session court ...it reads the judgements from lower courts and there has to be end to end docs to be presented before the court session, judges studies all the docs days prior and raises questions on court sessions

Very nicely the judge is taking the agents of CBI/ED into account and teaching them their duties and limitations during investigation. A commendable procedure is takin them in the net.

For those who don't have law knowledge/experience - This behavior of ED/CBI and discussion is leading the case to be inclined heavily in favor of Abhishek Banerjee.
They are not behind the evidences but behind political advantages.
It is good than..if they do not have any proof than it should obviously move in favor of Abhishek Banerjee....just telling a person is a Culprit that person will not become a Culprit..naa...prove it with full Authenticity that he or she is a Culprit

The investigating agencies not proceeding in the right direction may be due to either incompetence or perhaps bribery. Amrita Sinha is an honest judge who wants to get to the bottom of crimes committed which requires detailed evidence to be presented to the court.
