I understand your feelings, sister ♥️ billy talent is much more than simple rock band with good music and lyrics. It's like something I don't know it's like the only reason to live sometimes. Cause their music understand you, mentally hug you and support you. I didn't have any chances to come at the concert, but I think when I will have a chance come to listen to them in real, I will be staying and starring at them just like you did

This one is brilliant. Totally awesome when Ian's guitar is loud and raw like that. Only saw Billy Talent once at this tour (plus 3 times via stream) but they made such a good performance! All bandmembers sounded truly amazing.
Because this is a Neil Young cover: I saw Neil Young once "in concert" in 2002 at a festival in Germany. To be honest: I just knew a few songs from him before ("Harvest Moon" which candidly just isn't my taste, sorry; also I knew "Heart Of Gold" and of course "Rockin' In The Free World" which I like both); I didn't expect anything like a guitar hurricane at all. But that's exactly what happened as Neil played his guitar/s so sublime that I thought: "This man has found his calling". He looked like "there's no better job in the whole wide world than this one." Even kids asked me: "who's that?!?". Everyone watching was blown away.

For a band not known to do covers....this is killer. Billy Talent has blown me away this year. Covering Tragically Hip (Nautical Disaster), Soundgarden (Burden In My Hand) and now Neil Young. These boys can do no wrong.

The song wasn't released by Billy Talent, but rather it's on a compilation disk called "Covered in Gold: 5.0, Side B", released last Friday. I don't know if it's available outside of Canada though (since the compilation is from Warner Canada), but I can stream it on Spotify.
