It was the police calling to find out did we know the person they found in the river..There description they gave us didn't match anybody we could think of..later that day I thought it might have been Ghost..a few days later we found out it was Sane..I dedicated videograf issue 3 to Sane's memory...He was a good friend...I Have videotape/audio footage of him.. one day I'll put it up on the Internet.

When sane was pulled out of the water he was found with only one item on him..In his back pocket was a laminated card with Henry Chalfont's name and number on it. Henry Chalfont was the producer of Style wars and a good Friend of Sane an Smith. That number the only thing the police had to id him.. so they called Henry...Me and Henry were having a conversation at his studio in Soho when the phone rang..

damn i saw this footage when i was a young tagger loser and now looking back at it, it looks mad old. damn the city changed big time. even though i dont respect writers like i used too, i respect this footage for the sake of history, for a few seconds in a history special some day about graff or something.

@meikd423 I'm all with you on that... real older graffiti bombers like JA, VFR, NOXER, DINK, REMO, and many many more keep the real graffiti moving along strong to this day. Cope2, Skuf and other bombers USED to be tight, but now that they quit who cares about em. Now there's newer ones doing big things in NYC like Adek, Gusto, Lewy and other BTM cats. Long live graffiti bombing and tagging!

yeah the saber joint was un called for. but you obviously have no clue of how much work this man has put in. words cant describe how much hes done and how long hes kept it alive. however i can agree that bombing is just one part of the big graffiti equation.
