So,
Q1=1(10+1/4)th item
Q1=11/4 th item'
Q1=2.75th item
According to Decimal rule:
The formula will be modified:
Q1= 2nd item + 0.75(3rd Item - 2nd Item)
2nd item value=150, 3rd item value= 170
then:
Q1= 150+0.75(170-150)
Q1= 150+0.75(20)
Q1=150+15
Q1=165 Answer
