Children's Lenten Retreat - A Disciple of Jesus in Joy & Welcoming

As we celebrate the season of Lent, we invite all children to participate in St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish’s weekly retreat videos, each one explaining different ways to be disciples of Jesus. Each video will have a corresponding sticker, that can be collected the following Sunday during communion and put in your retreat booklet. This week, we learn about what a disciple of Jesus in Joy is. The challenge is to draw a picture of something that makes you happy, and think about how you can use that joy to let Jesus into your heart.
All of the Children who participated in our retreat and collected stickers are invited on Easter Monday from 4 pm - 6pm for an Easter Scavenger Hunt with the disciples of Jesus. In order to prepare for your arrival we will ask your parents to register you for the event. This way we can make sure you will be safe, have wonderful prizes and can have a lot of fun while becoming a disciple of Jesus. The registration will open on Wednesday March 31. We hope to see you all at our parish in order to rejoice together.
Wszystkie Dzieci, które wzięły udział w naszych rekolekcjach i zbierały naklejki, są zaproszone na Poniedziałek Wielkanocny od 16:00 - 18:00 na Wielkanocne Poszukiwania z uczniami Jezusa. W celu przygotowania się do Waszego przyjazdu, poprosimy rodziców o zarejestrowanie swoich dzieci - w ten sposób możemy upewnić się, że dzieci będą bezpieczne, że otrzymają wspaniałe nagrody, i że będą mogły się wspaniale bawić, stając się uczniem Jezusa. Rejestracja rozpocznie się w środę 31 marca. Mamy nadzieję, że spotkamy się ze wszystkimi dziećmi w naszej parafii, aby razem się radować.
