Track & Point installation, Electro-frog Wiring and the Incline Test.

In part 5 of the extension build series, I look at the installation and wiring process for electro-frog points and their motors, plus begin laying some track down the incline in order to test the traction abilities of one of my more problematic locomotives, the Q1 Class from Hornby.
