I can’t figure it out why r u torque the temporary screw to 35Ncm, obviously it just need to be confirmed the position of tempshell, really don’t need troque it to 35Ncm. Second I was concerned about the prosthetic screw, in our experience and official protocol, central screw, it should to be one time use, or the mechanical will going weird, it only temporary stage, then your troque it to 35 Ncm, how about the next procedure? Impression? Final restoration? I do have a big concerned with prosthetic and central screw

Why was the tooth removed?
Thank you for your question. It is because of fracture, which is buccal on a level not possible to extrude or restore the incisor.
