These chewy brookies are a heavenly combination of brownies and chocolate chip cookies! You will definitely fall in love with this dessert!
Ingredients for brownie batter:
→ 5 oz (140g) semi-sweet chocolate, 52% cocoa.
→ 1/2 cup (113g) butter.
→ 3 large eggs at room temperature.
→ 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar.
→ 3/4 cup (95g) all-purpose flour, sifted.
→ 2 tbsp (15g) unsweetened cocoa powder.
→ 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract.
→ 1/2 cup (100g) semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Ingredients for cookie dough:
→ 1+1/4 cup (155g) all-purpose flour.
→ 1/2 tsp (3g) baking soda.
→ 1/2 cup (113g) butter at room temperature.
→ 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar.
→ 1/4 cup (50gg) brown sugar.
→ 1 large egg at room temperature.
→ 1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract.
→ 1+1/4 cup (180-200g) chocolate, 52% cocoa.
