What a great presentation. You really nail the inclusion of assets that most do not take into consideration - and are just as important in those that have $$ value. I’m very involved in my faith community which has given me much peace but also instructed me to fill my storehouse, not to take on debt and pass on my wealth for generations. Thank you for the perspective reminder. Bless you.

It's my third month being retired now. And life hasn't been so difficult as I thought basically because I put my head down and made ways for other source of Income. I'm a huge fan of earning more money, and I think everyone should have a side hustle. Side hustling can allow you to earn that little bit of extra money that can help you achieve your financial goals faster - whether it's paying off student loans or saving for retirement.

I am 55 years old with very little set aside for retirement at this point. I have always been curious about the stock market and have witnessed some people who played the game right and retired early because they used the stock market. When I ask them, most said that they invested very little to start with, but their portfolio grew. I do have a significant amount of capital that is required to start up but I have no idea what strategies and direction I need to
approach to help me make decent returns.

This really was an awesome video. It did get me to thinking about my children. My oldest son is "The Cajun Ninja" and very successful. Looking at the 3 assets I think he would choose to keep #2 and #3. Now my daughter who is a Speech Therapist also doing very well, but 6 years younger I believe would drop #2. My reasoning is simple. First she was way more spoiled than him and second my son has told me he wants me to spend all my money before I go where as I think she has mentioned to my son "I wonder how much money dad will leave us" lol.
