Graham has people sign up to from the audience ahead of time to go in the big red chair and tell their best story. If Graham doesn't like the story or guest, he flips the lever which tips the chair. If he goes enjoy it they can walk.

I don't get the whole locations (and bedrooms) part, and the louisa/whole foods joke (all I could think is he was making fun of her cleavage?). I think I got the Ascot laugh because it's a super fancy place, so it was like "ohh la la". Croydon is an industrial area with gentrefication I think so it's a joke at how bad a place it is(?). Dunno
