Can you make videos about the most efficient way of learning? I feel like books are a really slow way, but podcasts are too entertaining. Could be interesting to hear your thoughts on this because you put a lot of time in learning the past years.
How do you practice this? I full agree with you and I already know that my communication will probably suck because I want to do it in English and not Dutch Do you use a script or set a few keypoints to discuss? When someone reads from a script and edit the full video then it also will be more appealing

I don’t make videos to grow, most videos I don’t even put a title or thumbnail It doesn’t matter to me at all, I just think there will be benefits if I do this everyday for a few years There’s already been massive benefits from making vids, my ability to communicate has really improved
my mom is a dental hygienist, so she was always on my ass about brushing my teeth. Now its just habit but I also use bleaching trays every other month or so

haha, yes i blink.... sometimes i get a bit too focused stare to look at the camera on my phone
