so... if you have a Cairne on the board when you hit turn ten then you can Kel Thuzad, trade Cairne and then reincarnate kelthuzad for two of both of them... plus Baine
Please make achievements in Hearthstone if you beat Heroic bosses with all classes or achievement if you beat Heroic bosses with only common cards etc!! :)
Robert Saric yep every end of turn, and now you have two of them so it triggers twice, throw an ancestral spirit on one, get it killed, now you have four of him and more deathrattle than you could possibly utilise. ( my turn specification was more to point out that you can duplicate him as soon as he hits the board due to reincarnate being only 2 mana)
Deathrattles trigger in the order they're played: so if you play Stalagg and I play Feugen and then they both die at once, then Stalagg's death rattle triggers first (no Thaddius) and Feugen's triggers (Thaddius for me!)
Absolutely hilarious to go back and watch this. "Undertaker might be ok", "Voidcaller doesn't fit what Warlocks want to do", "Dancing Swords is pretty good", Anubar Weblord is pretty good", "Webspinner is just bad", "Zombie chow kinda sucks", "Sludge Belcher could be ok", "Haunted Creeper won't be that great", but you know what, can't blame people that haven't played the cards for not understanding impact 10 months down the line.
If an injured blademaster is reduced to 1 hp from the paladin spell.... 1 hp becomes full hp and when it's get silenced its removed to 1 hp DEBUFF and becomes 7 hp since it nullifies the injured DEBUFF and it's already full hp.......use your head
True, because he actually deals dmg to himself (as if he was attacked by a mob with that much atk) and a silence doesn't 'heal' a card. It just wipes any effect on it.
MAATIR well he was continuing it off from equality so yeah....im pretty sure he was talking about equality....and that would wipe off both effects off injured blademaster into a 4/7
I see where you're coming from, but it's not like he could have reviewed the cards at any time. It depends on the release. He would probably have done this regardless.
Bradley Justice I mean someone might make a deck with it or something. At least it's better than the worthless void caller that just doesn't fit what warlocks want to do. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
No I'm saying that when this card first came out it was the most broken card of hearthstone history (or at least one of them). When he said some potential he was way off that card had a ton of potential....
wow great video, love the input! The zombie chow turning heal into dmg for priest was crazy to think about!! Didn't even pop in my mind when reading about that card.
I already use leeroy and rockbiter and windfury. 24 dmg and with flametongue totem 28 and actually windfury isnt that bad actually and leeroy isnt that bad.
Well the thing about Miracle Rogues are that the actual "Miracle" is having a higher chance of getting that perfect hand (leeroy, shadowstep, cold blood, etc) by using auctioneer then preparation shenanigans. IMO there is no better way to draw cards the way that a Miracle Rogue can in any deck. Just my 2 cents.
People don't understand that Miracle isn't a new thing. Miracle in card games refers to being able to draw a huge chunk of your deck (this usually being combined with card combos such as the leeroy). Having the One turn kill doesn't make it a Miracle Shaman. Its a miracle deck when you can potentially do something like draw half your deck in one turn. This is what rogues do with auctioneer and cheap spells.
For those of you not in the know, Kripp is reading off an old copy of webspinner. It actually adds a random beast card to your hand which has the potential to be quite ridiculous, since it can be any beast in the game. There have been times when my webspinner has died and given me King Krush and Mukla.
I like. Not too over the top. Good insight. Also, for the Thaddius scenario where the minions attack eachother or die simultaneously: the player who summoned either Fuegen or Stalagg first has his/her deathrattle trigger first, which gives Thaddius to that player. Yong Woo confirmed on twitter.
A) he said it's really good card and pointed correctly why it is so B) compared "how often it will be played" to Azure Drake which is actually probably right
Nailed how I feel about KT. Lots of potential upside, but will likely not get realised due to needing *something* on the board that's likely to die that turn. However, if someone did manage to craft a deck that can utilise him well I wouldn't be surprised. I'm pretty keen to give it a try myself - I love fun, powerful cards like this.
18:30 "...and you kill them" *the frightened child in Kripps cupboard screams thinking that Kripp was referring to him* (there was an actual scream after kripp said that)
To sum up why Loatheb is pretty good - not only is it a near-turn-long-counterspell for the turn after it's played, but it's also extremely resillient to removal - so if your opponent doesn't have enough board presence to take it down, there's a fair chance they won't be able to. Which essentially means if you run some sort of gimmick to reuse it - such as Reincarnation, or Shadowstep, or Youthful Brewmaster - he's probably going to stick around for quite a while.
Nerub'ar Weblord was being used by Forsen in his Miracle Rogue pretty nicely. Deals with Twilight Drakes for the handlock matchup, things such as SSC and Flame Imp in Zoo, and various Druid cards such as Keeper of the Grove.
Another possible, although less likely, method of determining which player gets Thaddius in a draw scenario is to use the summoning order of Stalagg and Feugen.
they already stated Avenge (pala card) will ONLY PROC when their is a creature remaining on the field. The spider legendary will be awesome combo'd with houndmaster. I think Kripp is greatly underrating the spider hunter card as well. however to each their own.
About the Feugen - stalagg killing each other, its neither of the options kripp said in the video. Blizzard confirmed that deathrattle occur in the same order the card was played (the first card played triggers the deathrattle first), so if they both kill each other, the player that summoned Feugen/Stalagg last will get Thadddius
i like to use spectral knight as a very offensive card. Buffing it up with windfurry in a shaman deck is quite decent. Plenty of damage and very difficult to take down.
Some great thought and ideas there, big thumbs up!
so... if you have a Cairne on the board when you hit turn ten then you can Kel Thuzad, trade Cairne and then reincarnate kelthuzad for two of both of them... plus Baine
gregory Agopsowicz , Kel'Thuzad triggers on every EoT (End of Turn), so you can have it already in play to do the shenanigans you described :)
Webspinner - "It's a piece of trash"
Yep
not really...
Kolento believes the card will be really good.
Hallow Knight Yeah maybe. It's a shit ton better than stonetusk boar, that's for sure.
jnssky
you're drawing a card for a dead card basically. The damage is absolutely irrelevant. Its useless and just a waste of 1 mana, this is wisp 2.0.
***** you underestimate the power of stonetusk boar
5 years later, over 60% of wild decks still include Loatheb and it is one of the essential combo pieces of shudderwock
Absolutely hilarious to go back and watch this. "Undertaker might be ok", "Voidcaller doesn't fit what Warlocks want to do", "Dancing Swords is pretty good", Anubar Weblord is pretty good", "Webspinner is just bad", "Zombie chow kinda sucks", "Sludge Belcher could be ok", "Haunted Creeper won't be that great", but you know what, can't blame people that haven't played the cards for not understanding impact 10 months down the line.
anubar is pretty good, haunted creeper is mostly run in zoo, and undertsker got the nerf, so cant really blame him :P
Kripp, your predictive capabilities are not your strong point.
it's super interesting watching this 8 years later
"This is webspinner, it's a piece of trash." -Kripparrian 22/07-2014. Run in every hunter deck.
Well it turns out it was worded incorrectly. It adds a beast and not draws from your deck which is a huge difference
Silencing injured blademaster doesn't restore its health.
If an injured blademaster is reduced to 1 hp from the paladin spell.... 1 hp becomes full hp and when it's get silenced its removed to 1 hp DEBUFF and becomes 7 hp since it nullifies the injured DEBUFF and it's already full hp.......use your head
Lawdevo
I didn't think he meant with equality. Anywho, that's three cards you need to have a 4-7 blademaster compared to for example priest.
MAATIR swap his hp and attack with crazed alchemist then silence it, bam 4/7
True, because he actually deals dmg to himself (as if he was attacked by a mob with that much atk) and a silence doesn't 'heal' a card. It just wipes any effect on it.
MAATIR
well he was continuing it off from equality so yeah....im pretty sure he was talking about equality....and that would wipe off both effects off injured blademaster into a 4/7
"Sludge Belcher not gonna see as much play as other 5 drops like Azure Drake or Kodo" lol ok Kripp
In arena? He wasn't THAT far off.
well belcher is only played in control and some midrange decks. Druids Rougue run ir used to run azure drake as the msin 5 drop.
yea kripp zombie chow sucks
+Simon K. He said that it can be used in control decks, and he was right.
ɷɷɷɷ Heeyy Friendds I Have F0und W0roking Online Hacck visittttt : - t.co/ZWntfYFepU
Kripp going hard after the Hater Video. Lemme give them a 30 min hearthstone video. Love it
I see where you're coming from, but it's not like he could have reviewed the cards at any time. It depends on the release. He would probably have done this regardless.
Kripp's Naxx 2018 video forced me back here.
"Some potential" on the undertaker lol
Bradley Justice I mean someone might make a deck with it or something. At least it's better than the worthless void caller that just doesn't fit what warlocks want to do. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
No I'm saying that when this card first came out it was the most broken card of hearthstone history (or at least one of them). When he said some potential he was way off that card had a ton of potential....
He knew wat u meant lmfao
Was so happy to find this video in my feed. I makes the wait til launch a little easier.
I loved your in-depth analysis of the hunter card.
Nerubian Egg works amazingly with Reincarnate. You can break the egg, spawn the Nerubian and get the egg back.
Why did i search for this in 2020? Weird Nostalgia of simpler hearthstone times
wow great video, love the input! The zombie chow turning heal into dmg for priest was crazy to think about!! Didn't even pop in my mind when reading about that card.
Thanks for uploading this. I joined the stream late and didn't get to see your opinion on all the cards.
2022 and it's hilarious to see old videos where "getting Kodoed" was a thing!
I love how kripp shares my view on thoeb
The ego...
Nikolaj Toft Holm lol
I came back here on 30.11.2018 and... I had to comment right after the first card. Kripp, you have learned a lot xD
best kripp video in months. good stuff
I think Zombie Chow is amazing. You can just take out some early minions with it and not even damage the enemy hero the first few turns...
Great review :) Can't wait to make decks based around this stuff!
I loved the Webspinner review.
Great video Kripp, good insight and you talked about them in order. Thanks!
great vid Kripp, I wasn't keeping up with the the new cards thanks for the update!
The Haunted Creeper is just amazing... because of the name and it's pretty good. :D
Haunted Creeper + Knife Juggler
Great insight into these cards, thanks
Reincarnate will result in Miracle Shaman decks.
Leeroy Jenkins + Reincarnate + 2x Rockbiter + Windfury = exactly 30 damage.
***** Don't worry, you'll have Loatheb to counter them ;3
I already use leeroy and rockbiter and windfury.
Warlord SteelShroom For 1 turn
People don't understand that Miracle isn't a new thing. Miracle in card games refers to being able to draw a huge chunk of your deck (this usually being combined with card combos such as the leeroy). yeah kripp poison seeds so good
Just perfect, exactly what i was looking for!
I cracked up when you went over the hunter card xD
Idk how i just found this review! very well informed.
This breakdown is fantastic.
Kripp tips, digging it!
Watching this one month into Witchwood, playing exclusively wild.
Interesting throwback indeed.
This is the video I like to see! Kripp is back :O
Naxx is out right now
lies
(edit)forgive me :(... it downloaded but no start.
depending on where you live, not lies
***** It is
Alex Tygesen "7pm"
Learn to read, thanks
lol the webspinner card review had me dying
I liked the webspinner review. so much detail.
Thanks Kripp, looking forward to the new meta.
Cassualarian strikes back, bringing you an indepth look at cassualarian Hearthstone cards.
Equality + Wailing Soul may be one of my favorite combos now. Sooooo good.
For those of you not in the know, Kripp is reading off an old copy of webspinner. It actually adds a random beast card to your hand which has the potential to be quite ridiculous, since it can be any beast in the game. There have been times when my webspinner has died and given me King Krush and Mukla.
"Webspiner is a piece of trash"
Riiiiiight Kripp, right
This makes me excited!
Fun fact: all cards kripp thought were bad are actually good and vice versa
Loved the webspinner review
Good video thanks for listening to us kripp
R.I.P. Spider bro...You shall be missed.I miss this old stories so much
Can't wait until tomorrow!
I like. Not too over the top. Good insight.
Also, for the Thaddius scenario where the minions attack eachother or die simultaneously: the player who summoned either Fuegen or Stalagg first has his/her deathrattle trigger first, which gives Thaddius to that player. Yong Woo confirmed on twitter.
says sludge won't be played much. most used card from nax
+zaxex21 Except loatheb
Sebastian Lignell maybe. depends on the meta
A) he said it's really good card and pointed correctly why it is so
B) compared "how often it will be played" to Azure Drake which is actually probably right
i never see him so full of life on stream
You do an AMAZING job - just wanted to give you a big pat on the back. You come off very genuine and have some great thought about HS. Thanks!
Another hearthstone video, another like!
Undertaker better than Secret Keeper, not anymore Kappa
We just beat the final boss in under 5 turns with a PERFECT MATCH !
18:30 "...and you kill them" *the frightened child in Kripps cupboard screams thinking that Kripp was referring to him* (there was an actual scream after kripp said that)
Look how happy kripp is.
Avenge/Noble Sacrifice is a pretty good combo
To sum up why Loatheb is pretty good - not only is it a near-turn-long-counterspell for the turn after it's played, but it's also extremely resillient to removal - so if your opponent doesn't have enough board presence to take it down, there's a fair chance they won't be able to.
Which essentially means if you run some sort of gimmick to reuse it - such as Reincarnation, or Shadowstep, or Youthful Brewmaster - he's probably going to stick around for quite a while.
Finally, a good video.
Kripp your mustache is trying to enter your mouth.
Nerub'ar Weblord was being used by Forsen in his Miracle Rogue pretty nicely. Deals with Twilight Drakes for the handlock matchup, things such as SSC and Flame Imp in Zoo, and various Druid cards such as Keeper of the Grove.
Is that Kripp giddy and kinda excited?
Another possible, although less likely, method of determining which player gets Thaddius in a draw scenario is to use the summoning order of Stalagg and Feugen.
Webspinner is a 1 mana loothoarder, EXCEPT you know it will give u that beast u NEED.
Kripp will change his mind on the Hunter card when he plays the Hunter challenge.
omg naxx finally came out!
they already stated Avenge (pala card) will ONLY PROC when their is a creature remaining on the field. The spider legendary will be awesome combo'd with houndmaster. I think Kripp is greatly underrating the spider hunter card as well. however to each their own.
the legendary spider is absolute horseshit v.s. priest, it dies or you loose it so many different ways
Wailing soul: combo womb0: equality, wailing soul, consecrate. Clear their board, heal your minions to max.
yeii an interresting hs video again.
18:36 the logic Kripp
Finally a good video
"This is the hunter card, Webspinner. Deathrattle: Draw a random beast card, it's a piece of trash."
love the opinion on the last card
More videos like this! Less vids of random moments from your play!
you seem to forget that the webspinner can make you draw any beast card even if it isn't in your deck
I got this in my reccomended. Does this mean...
NAXX OUT?!?!
nerubian egg also a very good board clear deterrent. makes flamestrike/starfall/blizzard/hellfire far less painful.
I love how nonchalantly he says "It's a pretty shitty card"
Not seeing to many kodos turns out it's not prettttttty good
i like to use spectral knight as a very offensive card. Buffing it up with windfurry in a shaman deck is quite decent. Plenty of damage and very difficult to take down.
I will add much silence and polymorph in my decks. it makes me happy to see silence become so important again.
"Anub'ar Ambusher beats out every other 4-drop in stats". Pit Lord says nawwwwww
DAT montage tho ;)
I want to see Tundra Rhino + Webspinner combo's in future, just imagining the charging Beast on turn 5. ohh yeah.
Spectral Knight = Nicolas Cage
gr8 vid krpp
it is time. once again the mustache attacked the lip nation. we must go into battle
I think i'm in the majority when saying we don't mind more hearthstone videos, especially with the new expansion coming out. keep it up!
Love the Hunter card rating.
0:50 "...maybe inspire some decks" Was that foreshadowing for TGT?
another krippler video another OpieOP
