Ingredients
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of couscous
1/2 cup of Boiling Water
2 Tablespoons extra virgin oil
1 Medium sized Onion (small dice)
2 Stalks of Celery (grated)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup of dried cranberries finely chopped
1 pound of cooked Turkey or chicken
That is a super looking burger. I love cous cous. All of those ingredients are amazing together!

Rose, I spent most of my life living in the US; the land of the 22 pound turkey. I love turkey, and turkey leftovers. In fact if we ate Thanksgiving at a relatives house we would often still cook a turkey at home, just to have left overs. I thought I have turkey left overs every way possible, but this is new to me.
It really looks great. The cranberry sauce on the bun is a real extra treat.

The cranberry sauce I thought would add to the sweetness and also to ensure it wasn't too dry adds a bit of moisture.
