    PRINTABLE RECIPE: 🖨️ thestayathomec... 🖨️
    🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴
    ✅Ingredients
    • 1 pound ground turkey
    • 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon pepper
    ✅Instructions
1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, gently knead together turkey, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Don't overwork the meat.
2️⃣ Form into patties about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Press your thumb down on the middle to give it a slight indent.
3️⃣ Heat a large heavy skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Or, heat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat (400-450 degrees F). Make sure the grate is well oiled so the meat doesn't stick.
4️⃣ Cook burgers for about 5 minutes per side, flipping half-way through. Ground turkey needs to be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. You can remove them from the grill or pan at 160 degrees and let rest for 5 minutes, until they reach 165 degrees F, while you prepare your toppings.

awesome advice!!!! great vid...can you mix 80% lean with 90% lean? adding olive oil is key and its adds a most health vegetable oil rather than saturated animal fat...a half teaspoon of baking soda mixed into the raw ground is a chinese secret to further tenderize the meat...

So juicy and delicious! I’ve eaten Turkey meat / burgers for the last 20 out of 46 years, and these were top notch. I added garlic and onion powder, pepper, fresh diced green onion and some Slap Yo Mama seasoning (not too much because Turkey meat is already salty).

In the UK we say it 'wuh-stir-shur'. We pronounce all counties that end in shire with a shur sound. Just as counties or towns that end in ham we say 'um' as in Birming-um'. My only issue is I can only find turkey mince in the supermarket in a packet. Its always really wet and sloppy.

Its wuss-ta-shure :-). LOVE me some turkey burgers! I make these but add garlic and onion powder.
Or i go bun-less and top sautéed vinegar spinach with a Mediterranean flavored burger.
Saute chopped onion celery in 2-3 TBLS olive oil seasoned with lots of cumin, Italian seasoning, garlic squeeze pressed garlic, cayenne & salt. Cooled then mixed in the turkey with feta and peas. YUM. Dont be afraid of the spices! I add more of all of them to the raw hamburger meat. I cook them in same saute pan.
