Not sure when you brought the signature CCR music back but happy to hear it. Hope it stays.
Appreciate the explanation, Milo. I feel like I can relate well to your teaching methods. I can't wait for your site to open.
Awesome, thank you Dave!
Can wait to watch this Milo look forward to this 👍🏌🏿♂️
Thanks Lee!
Fantastic video Milo!! Very well explained.
Glad you liked it!
Always great to watch you swing and explain too viewers all the great pointers, just love it . . also looking forward to your web site for analysis.
More to come! Thanks!
Looking forward to the new website Milo! Great stuff as always.
Awesome, thank you Tim!
Can’t wait for the site!
Thanks!
So great to see you in November and learn the benefits of the power fade. I love being able to rotate my body with less forearm/face roll and a more stable clubface. Can't wait till golf season back East! Can't wait till you launch the new website!
Thank you, Dennis!
Great content Milo 👍🏻 you’re a fantastic teacher
I appreciate that!
Wonderful!
Thank you! Cheers!
Thank you Milo!!
My pleasure!
These are great nuggets of info. Thank you. Makes so much sense, interestingly I always tried to hit a draw but I also hit up on the ball ever so slightly and play a power fade. I just went with it. With a square face like you say.
Good stuff!
Thank you Milo. An excellent video. This was high up on my wishlist. Olle
Glad it was helpful!
My friend and instructor, Geoff Jones, calls it the “knuckle fade,” a low spin fade hit from the inside. He’s been teaching it for 30 years. I remember when he first showed it to me 12-13 years ago. After getting my grip & set-up right, and hitting balls for a couple of days, he told me to hit driver and “feel like you’re swinging toward those trees behind your left shoulder.” Instant baby fade.
So long as it's not steep and swipe-y =)
@@MiloLinesGolf Of course. Geoff doesn't teach steep, or swipey, hence the "fade hit from the inside" comment. He has a lot of old student swings on youtube under username "Slicefixer"

Love your channel
Thanks for following along!
This was a game changer for me! Thank you for making this simple as I was really struggling with the driver until I saw this video.
Great to hear!
Awesome video. I didn't realize the correct way to hit a power fade untiI I saw this.
Thanks for watching!
Thank you so much for this great video! It answered my biggest question/myth/misunderstanding that the driver shot should be a draw naturally. I hit all the clubs draw naturally except for the driver. I struggled so much with the driver and changed my swing technique multiple times but it eventually broke my swing confidence/technique/speed. Now I have accepted that the driver shot should be a power fade!
Nothing wrong with a power fade!
Great explanation wish I was closer to Phoenix.
Great for golf!
Great video. Beautiful countryside
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching.
thank you so much Milo! I'm playing more than 10 years. step by step I'm trying to hit the ball the way you do. I'm 42, lefty, 3 hcp. I still have some questions..
Glad to hear it, thanks for watching! If you ever need further help, you can find me and my online academy at milolinesgolf.com.
Great video as per usual Milo. Question..do you make a normal release when hitting up without any cut action on the swing? Thanks
Yes
Thanks for answering my previous question about stance. This question is about driver loft setting..if we want to hit the box fade which will be a higher ball flight, do we need to reduce the loft setting to reduce the spin and if so how much ? Thanks
Depends on your swing and the dynamics you create. Loft could be fine, but path, face angle, dynamic loft, etc, could create unwanted spin on ball and unwanted ball flight. Will speak more to this in video soon!
Great video thanks. Besides moving the ball position forward, is there any change in stance alignment ? Example, would you aim slightly left since the ball will not move very far to the right or do you have stance alignment aimed down the middle and let ball start left and come back to the middle of the fairway ?
Yes I aim the face down the left side of the fairway and my body just a bit more left and bombs away
Nice, Superstition Mountain is course I driving by may times and wanted to play. Maybe one day
Hopefully!
“For every degree you’re swinging up, if you’re swinging on a 45 degree angle, you’re also swinging slightly to the left.”
It’s so obvious but something I never thought about. No wonder high draws are so tough.
Good stuff Anderson!
Played today and tried to play a fade, and i found that I had control because when I try a draw it can either be a big push or a hook. I think i'll be making the power fade my main driver shot. I use the TM SIM which is fairly low spin so this should actually help too.
Great stuff!
Milo, could you please send me a link to your video I remember about starting with chipping, then pitching to build up to a full swing?
Thanks so much, Gary

@@MiloLinesGolf thank you sir
Very well done! Thank you.
Glad you liked it!
I understand the “secret” for a fade and hitting with upswing on the driver tee shot…so what do I do for iron shots?
Are those the Vice Golf shoes? If so I’m jealous, they were sold out of my size in an hour and I didn’t get a pair.
Codechaos I believe.
Thanks Milo - subscribed you cut all the 'faffing' out of yoru clear exposition and demonstrations - subscribed
Thank you, Peter!
When you say power fade, is that being hit from the inside with the face held ( push fade) or more of a pull fade ( typical fade pattern) ? Which one is more efficient , from a distance point of view?
Pull and push fades can be pretty equal the key is they aren’t hit down and across fades that are very spiny. The power fade is a low spin fade
Hmmm…learned something new here. I always thought a draw would produce more distance. The other bid advantage to the fade is it completely takes the left side out of the equation. My home course has about 4 holes where left means OB, so a fade would help.
You bet!
Hello kind sir... can you please explain to me exactly what it is to hit up on the ball. This is something that I haven't found very many videos on. It has to do with ball position and the bottom of the swing. Is the botton the swing arc always the same for every club (center of sternum) which ball position affects ball flight/shpae? Because I can adjust my swing to hit down on a ball even with a forward ball position. Also, I can hit up on my ball with driver from the inside to produce a high draw, again because I adjust my hand position thru impact.
Can you please do a video on this? Simply put, does the swing arc bottom out the same with every club so that the ball position affects the shape? For example, if I hit with the same bottom with my driver as with my irons, then I will hit the ball left of target because the club head has passed the square position slightly. I hope I'm making some type of sense.
I'll set this one aside for a video very soon, great idea!
The mountain must make a nice little batter's eye backdrop in person.
Sure does!
Fact ! I'm 47 ... 4 handicap . I can hit a high, low spin fade ..and swing around 102 . Draw ....I'm stalling and terrified of a hook and I'm swinging 95 to 98
Stick with what works on the course!
Hi, I would like help with my fade. Where are you located?

I tried this, turned out to be a POWER SLICE 😂
Would have to see it.

@@MiloLinesGolf Thanks, I’m going to check out your website.
So if you’re hitting a power fade with the driver because of hitting up on it, how are you hitting the fade correctly with an iron you hit down on?
Set up. I aim my body more left than the face
@@MiloLinesGolf I gotcha, and aiming more left is very slight I would assume as for most shots you want little curve but a predictable curve.
When it comes to short clubs, 9iron- lob wedge type of shots I have a hard time hitting a fade without skying the ball and when I draw I tend to over do it, any simple advice as to how to play those shorter clubs?
Thanks your content is great!! I watch it daily for my practice
@@dylanheskett9040 I like to draw everything out to 8 iron
@@MiloLinesGolf seems easier to do for sure, Thanks Milo

you don't have to shift your circle to hit a draw...Line of right swing down the target line with a closed club face.
That is another way to shift your circle for sure but isn’t comfortable for me.
I always thought rory primarily plays a draw
Rory is one of the few that works driver either way.
Your ball started right of target. Push fade.
I do hit push fades and aim left enough to make it work.
4:05 not past the ladies...that's a jug.
every drive started right of the alignment stick lol right going right is not ideal
I play a push fade on the course. I simply aim more left.
@@MiloLinesGolf Then you should've aimed more left of the alignment stick haha the point of the alignment stick is to work on start line. Obviously for a fade you want to make sure you start left of the alignment stick regardless if you play a push fade or pull fade.
@@lilbrusselsprout8261 thanks for watching.
