Coffee & Delicious Shakshouka For Breakfast On Cold Morning | Enjoying Chia Dessert

THE CHIA & BANANA DESSERT RECIPE
Ingredients:
Cup of milk of your choice (I used unsweetened soy milk)
2 bananas
1 spoon of sweetener of your choice (I used erythritol)
4 spoons of chia seeds
Decoration:
Blueberries
How to make the dessert:
1. Cook milk with peeled and chopped bananas and sweetener
2. Pour the mixture over chia seeds and mix well
3. After it cools down, put in the fridge for 30 minutes (I kept mine about 4 hours, it is still fine just the dessert gets a little dark because of the bananas)
4. Before serving, decorate with blueberries
SHAKSHOUKA RECIPE
Ingredients:
1/2 zucchini
salt
2 spoons of olive oil
dash of oregano
pepper (best freshly ground)
2 tomatoes
handful of spinach
2 eggs
How to make Shakshouka:
1. Cut the zucchini into small pieces and stew in a pan in olive oil until soft.
2. Add salt, pepper, and oregano.
3. Cut tomatoes into pieces and add to zucchini. Wait until tomatoes are soft.
4. Add spinach and wait until it is soft.
5. Crack 2 eggs at the top of zucchini, tomatoes and spinach and season them. Wait until eggs are set as per your taste.
6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
