You should not touch the needle with your gloves while introducing the tube to collect the plasma. You did it twice in the video! It's a risky contamination procedure, even though you are wearing gloves.

The other thing that worries me a lot is her driving the needle into the gel separator and injecting the gel contaminated plasma into a patient or injecting incompatible Red blood cells

the problem is not taking out blood and making prp. problem is when putting in prp as if you don't do it properly then it can get infected
