Batman can take on a whole army in one night and defeated 8 assassins in one night, but he can't defeat the suicide squad.
He also can fight off enough fear gas to kill off ten men and fight off a literal brain disease with will power yet gets mind controlled by braniac
He is also strong enough to flip grown men, fast enough to chase cars, smart enough to deduce multiple riddler mysteries, and stubborn enough to ward off Jokers blood and Scarecrows toxin at the same time. But yeah, he got defeated by a shark-man, a boomer, sharpshooter will smith, and baseball-girl with the destiny pistol.

@@jenpachi2408I know we’re you are coming from and I like Arkham batman I think he is such a great character but I wouldn’t say Batman is able to stop brainiac from mind controlling him after all brainiac is one of the most intelligent and powerful entity in dc also batman barely won from jokers control . Batman managed to win because clueless scarecrow gave the toxin to joker when he took over Batmans body temporarily which ultimately allowed Batmans willpower to trap joker in the deepest part of his mind. I would say they didn’t nerf Batman in the suicide squad game . Check crisis video on Arkham batman he has made pretty valid points on Batman being stronger in ssktjl. Arkham Batman is probably one of the most powerful Batmans ever probably near injustice batman level. I also heard that Harley managed to kill batman with bullets that are meant to be for green lantern and superman hence why the bullets managed to go through Batmans cowl. Overall suicide squad still has ridiculous amount of plot armour and they were just super super lucky I mean batman would have killed them point blank if dumb brainiac didn’t spare the squad by telling Batman not to kill them which resulted in batman holding back through the rest of the game because of stupid brainiac. In conclusion the squad should have turned into ashes at the start of the game. I would like to add that the squad powers were enhanced by intelligent beings like lex Luther which he gave the squad powerful bullets to kill the squad as well as that ai girl of sorts actually increasing the squad physical strength (not near Arkham Batman of course).
The problem isn't that braniac controlled him it's that out of all the league he's mostly known for his sheer will, especially Arkham batman who has shown crazy feats of will power. And as you said batman should've been easily able to kill the squad theirs so much plot armor and convenient writing in this game it's laughable.
The writers are always nerfing characters just to give the villains a chance, instead of just making stronger enemies. First btw.
Absolutely which is weird considering they have characters like Deathstroke they could've used for the game but even then nothing could save suicide squad kill the Justice League.

I have one up, too, but it's pure combat. I've had one idiot try to justify incompetence. I don't know why anyone would try to justify it. I seriously just don't know. If their combat abilities were nerfed as a result of mind control, then why was the kill order issued? Why not a simple recapture that would seem most beneficial. It also begs to question if they weren't at their full strength, then how much of a real threat were they? Then there's the clone bullshit. If it wasn't established, then we're lead to believe they're the titular characters and not substitutes. If they were any good at their job, this game wouldn't even exist. Yet here we are with idiots ready to die on a hill of stupidity brought forth by spite. Yay, what a time to be alive...
