Good morning, Enjoyed seeing your Moms' gun in action! Thanks to the gent who IDd it , I could not tell the make! Remember the Arminius brand, many of these affordable .38s, both foreign and domestic, around back in the day. Glad it kept your mom safe, and you have it and the memories. Blsgs, gg
Good vidio. I appreciate you thinking of filming a Black gun in a Black shirt. I Can't believe how many otherwise Knowledgeable people do that. But your clothing and lighting works well in this video. Also Good on you for Keeping your Families legacy alive by handing down that firearm. These are Very Inportant things to Help keep Offspring feeling like they come from somewhere important. A Family! We have lost so much of that by design. Best Wishes and Merry Christmas from Montana! M.H.
That's a F.I.E. I brought that same gun back in 1988 I Shot it about 10xs. It's still looks new I kept it inside the plastic case but now as a hidden mouse trap in the house for extra protection, in case I can't get to my 1911 45 or any of my other guns. My wife likes it so she normally keep it on her side. along with her other guns. F.I.E was out of Miami FL.
Oh, forgot one thing! Usually, you can put the hammer at half cock to turn the cylinder, and poke out the empties with a dowel or rod. Anything that won't scratch the chamber! Blsgs, gg
@@josiahhayes4903 OK if that is what it is. I did some research a while back about this gun but it didn't have a lot of details. To me its a basic gun like for a night stand or truck gun or just starting a gun collection. Who knows it might be valuable one day????

That’s an interesting concept, not very practical when it comes to reloading. But you got five changes to stop whatever is bothering you.
Nice video!!
