My friends have always teased me for the weird tradition of our district. In our district there is no bidai or sending the girl away.Instead the room for the newly wed is set up in the girl's house. I know it sounds confusing but yeah that's how we do it. And no the guy is not sent away from his house either.Things are pretty neutral here, you could either build a new house later on and move out, or you could stay at your own home.This tradition has been a great blessing for girls of my district as obviously her parents are with her and they are literally just a scream away. I have watched this film many times, and the ending is really sharp. She could say no to her husband as an escort girl, but she could not say no to her marriage. Another point of view that I recently thought about is, what if she arranged the whole thing herself and is not really an escort girl. At one point of the video, we do see her receiving a call from Lola. Maybe this was all a plot on her part, so that her husband will now think of divorcing her.
