+Mcsikos90 Yep. Still breaking the pcx in. I hit 60-65 mph today. The salesman said it should hit 70 mph once broken in. I don't care how cold it gets I'm still using it as my daily driver.
+cbr9927 I am 54 y/o & mine sits next to a Vintage Harley. I installed a pair of Michelins....................I'm gonna bust my ass on this thing, love windy roads, it sticks. Old motocrosser, I am gonna call it now, this thing is gonna bust my ass and my Harley buddies are gonna shit themselves laughing.
i went to a honda shop to day looking at vespa but they keep saying this is much better and better for the free way. how good is it on long trips and you say it can do 70 easy? i'll be honest i'm a short ass dude i'm 5'4 and i wanted a vespa 300 but my feet could not touch the floor you think if i was. at a red light i could touch the round ?
trever pitts Yeah it cruises at 70 quite easily even though it tops out around there. But it cruises effortlessly all day! My wife is 5'4 and her feet touch the ground while she is sitting on it comfortably. For the price, the Honda is a way better bargain than Vespa.
Yeah the vespa was 5400 and I think they had the Honda at 3500 I think it was a 2014 but. Thanks for ur comment back. I want something I can use any where not just around town but freeways. Thanks
They are fantastic. You can traverse highway roads here in California on them where the frequent speed is 70+ MPH. It's more smooth then your average scooter, has a nice long wheelbase and seating position make it feel like your riding in a lazy boy.
I am 6-1, 190#, will it hold 55-60 up long inclines? I can nab one of these puppies new (2015) pretty cheap, but I want to at least be able to maintain 55, even with a passenger. I dont want the thing screaming either, hard to ride them like that. I I can grab a nice 400 abs Burgman for 4K. What is the weight limit since I am lazy lol, 95% time be just me. I can bring a new one home for less than 3K! I am old dude, mid 50's, have a Harley I might ride 5 times a year. This will be my coffee shop & grocery store bike + cheap work transportation.
+LightWorker61 I ride mainly on highways, 55MPH. $400 bonus bucks made it a very good value, however it is mass produced so it's not without flaws. At 400 miles I installed a pair of Michelin City Grips to replace the "IRC" tires that came on it. Only other gripe is suspension, but with the Michelins this thing handles! I am 190# & average 60mph, so I am averaging 78 MPG, not too shabby. A pair of good quality stiffer springs up front are a must.
The post is old, hope you went with the burgman,I've had both and the pcx is good for me ,I wouldn't run it day after day for hours at 55 60 though, burgman was made too run 50 plus all day . Pcx is more like gettin too work, gettin groceries and I got a pee boom 65 too the next pee stop
These are sharp and I'm thinking of getting one. Nice camera work but I wish you would have commented while filming.
Excellent camera work. I'm a retired movie cameraman. :)
Thank you very much, I have been trying to create better videos since I started doing this a bit more seriously. Hope you enjoyed
The white looks sharp, but it needs a cool pipe in black, chrome or stainless.
I just got a white 2015 as well! lol. Does your backlight (where the mileage is) kinda blink/flash at night?.. just curious.. mine does that..
Just bought a 2017. It is great until you have troublesome headwind and going up a steep incline.
Other than that no complaints.
I know what you mean. Its still awesome though!

Those small wheels make it feel like its riding on rails. Its my next ride, I ride a Yamaha R3 and will use the 150 for in city stuff.
cbr9927 Nice choice of bikes you got chosen there. Love the R3, this scooter is awesome as well. Ride safe!

I'm thinking about getting one of these. How is the handling and ride? Almost looks like a regular crotch rocket.
