One of Nike Sb's most iconic shoes, The Janoski just got a major facelift. Naturally we wanted to see how the new and improved Janoski Remastered held up to our most iconic (maybe a little less iconic than the shoe) wear test! So we grabbed Nike SB pro and kind of amazing skateboarder, Blake Carpenter to handle a quick 100. Oh, we also cut some shoes in half with a Sawzall with out cutting our fingers off. I bought a pair of janoski’s 2 or 3 years after they were released about 6 years ago, I’ve still got them now and they don’t look too beat up at all considering they’ve been my go-to shoe for over half a decade
I bought a brand new pair of janoski’s a year ago and the shoe has already come out of the sole on both shoes
safe to say the janoski line is turning to shit

When the very first janoski’s dropped they were a solid shoe. When they released later iterations of them the quality got considerably worse. So no, you’re not wrong.

I go thru skate shoes at least once a month and I feel like I dont skate that much.. so tearing up less than $50 on my feet is more ideal than $100.... if I'm gonna spend that much, guarantee they not gonna be a shoe I skate in for some time....

dope SB tho, liked the OG's, but LOVE the RM's.... especially the new look without the fox tape line and leather accents on the trim... Now with the new sole tech?!?!?!?! definitely an improvement.... I already like the tech on the sole from the Team SB's and Nyjah's shoe, so to have that combined with a vulc sole, yeah, top notch.... 2 thumbs up Nike!
