that practically when the summer season ends the whole Adriatic coast turns into a ghost town .... three months we have millions of tourists and then everything is deserted later ... someone loves it and someone loves the crowd I think everything has its charms .... it's just a problem when summer ends bad weather ..
It looks like you were there when the se4ason was closing down in october or to early for it to have opened up probaperly. I hope you go back to the meditarean area europe in general i summertime.
A lot of places are only open during tourist season,especially on the islands.
We had read that prior to coming to the Dalmatian Coast - we were not prepared for just HOW closed everything was going to be. :)
