It does not increase the brightness anymore and now keeps on decreasing the brightness. What can I do?
I've found the mini hdmi to hdmi works on my android box but not the type c to phone display won't also i noticed its off colored and grainy til i go into settings hit misc. Then select hdr to auto, then it corrects the color
That's pretty cool, it would be great to travel with and I travel all the time.
Yes it would be good for that!
It is a good product for the price. I got mine for merely 90$. It is plug&play, indeed. People should keep in mind that USB-C does not mean shared-displayport-USB-C : meaning that people should check whether their devices (PC, smartphone) have shared-displayport-USB-C, and not "simple" USB-C.
I guess the Nintendo Switch Lite and my Galaxy S21 don't have it, because nothing works and I've been trying for months now
@@ROBBiESMiTTENS Well, Nintendo Switch Lite doesn't have any video output, according to Nintendo website. However, Galaxy S21 DOES have a shared-displayport-USB-C. Make sure you plugged 1 USB-C for energy supply and 1 USB-C for shared-displayport. Otherwise, return the item or contact customer service.
You have to use an usb c power cord in the bottom output to power the monitor.
i use the 144hz version for my gaming setup, it's my second monitor for obs and other stuff. Quite fancy monitor.
Does it work with the Switch?
How do u set up horizontal mode?
So was the power brick and cleaning cloth included. Most previous ones seem to include it.I'm wondering if packaging contents have changed.
No, no power brick or cloth included in this one.
Mine didn’t come with a cloth or power brick either
So the picture covers the monitor? You don’t need a special app to view in full screen from the iPhone to the monitor?
Correct....however, I am using the iPhone 15 Pro Max with USB-C. I haven't tried it with a lightning cable.
Is it touch screen?
So for an iPhone 14 would I need a lighting hdmi adapter?
Yes, I believe so.
mine only gives me an option for a 4:3 or a wide aspect ratio why is there no full screen
Turn your phone orientation and the screen should flip
Can you help me trouble shoot I have a IPhone 11 Pro Max I had to get an adapter

To connect to the Arzopa
It won’t turn on can you help?
You have to connect to your phone and also a power source at the same time.
What!!! I didn't get a case with mine.
How do you get it to automatically play in landscape mode
hmmmm it just did.
Not working for my iPhone e
I got it for free but o can’t get it to work
No head phone jack, correct?
That is correct!
Good morning sir, I want to ask you, does it work on the Galaxy 23 Ultra? I am confused if I have a Samsung 23 Ultra phone. ❤❤
Should I buy it if I only have a Samsung Ultra 23?
I don't have S23 Ultra to test, but it should work with it. Samsung website about S23 Ultra : "Wired: supports DisplayPort over USB Type-C". Make sure you connect 1 USB-C to power the monitor, and the 1 USB-C for video input.
It does
Same here just powers off
How Wide is this monitor?
16"
Android powers it with a single USB C.
Also it has Samsung DEX that works like a desktop.
Some people are right u have to change out the usbc cord that comes with..had the same issue used another usbc type cord with it and work perfectly..using a galaxy 8+ thru dex..one of samsung best feature and they don't even promote it😂😂
Sadly the 14” comes with no case. 😢
The 15 doesn’t either 😢
My iPhone 13 Pro Max won’t connect
Same
Just got mines and the power won’t turn on
Just a red light
Make sure to use the included usb-c to usb-c cord. The monitor is not 'seeing' your input source. Hope that helps.
@@Tonylovesjazz I’ve tried it but still nothing
What device are you using for 'input' to the monitor?@@javanti1
Note: HDMI port does not support power transmission. So when you
use HDMI connection, you must connect extra power supply (5V/3A
or above
Note: Only works directly with cell phone through full-featured Type-C
port.
For iPhone: need a lightning to HDMI adaptor.
The speakers are terrible. I am sending this back.
Yea, I connect mine with a portable speaker and then I have good audio
@@Fleeefhow did you connect speakers ?
Didn’t liked it that much l ended up ordering but functions not that great first of all devices should be able to connect via Bluetooth and it should have option for touch screen
Yeah, it could be nicer for sure. But for the price....it's pretty fair. I use it as a second monitor with my camera. I have to have it connected to my mirrorless camera and also connected to a power source. I hate using two cables...but it works.
I got this for @ $65 two days ago. In my opinion, this is the best monitor for it's purpose and not just a Gr8 Value. It beats monitors in the $200+ range. As for blue-tooth, you would lose latency through transmission. The result, this monitor would not be so great, nor any other blue-tooth connected monitor. Build Quality, Appearance, Video Quality, Brightness, (3) Included Cable Quality, Ect.! Question is? How can they deliver this much at this price?
How many monitors do you have that connect with Bluetooth and are touchscreen?
It's a monitor not a tablet. It's literally a portable screen
Enyone using Samsung Dex with this monitor?
I have it is an awesome way to connect however it shits down after some time, I believe it's a setting issue.
I just got mine and it won't connect to anything. I keep receiving going to "power saving mode".
What am i doing wrong? I've tried EVERYTHING!
Additionally the "customer support" is horrible to non existent.
We are having the exact same problem 😡
@@analong6268 if you figure it out plz lmk!
Smh 🤦♂️
Did you try powering it in one usb-c plug and using the other plug to connect to your device. Sounds like it trying to power the monitor from your device and it seems to not be enough power to keep the monitor on
@@wdbyrd2 I am having a problem where the monitor is just flashing random colors. customer service is horrible, they told me to hold the power off button and it'll let me exit developer mode but that did not happen at all and now im not able to use the monitor at all.
It’s not working for me it keeps saying power saving then turns off
Interesting.
same here. it would be great if the person who made the video can help with that instead of just “interesting”….
@@spencern2539 I am just a guy that bought the same product that you did. I have not seen that issue, so I don't even know what the issue looks like much less how to help with it. I have nothing to do with the company at all. If I come across that issue, I will see what it takes to resolve it. In the meantime.....the issue is INTERESTING to me.
did u gugure it out
@@spencern2539
@@spencern2539you might not be using the right power source. I dont think the iphone is powerful enough to power it alone
too bad no battery
Or just use a laptop/ipad etc
Unfortunately, it's not that easy. You can't easily turn an iPad into a second monitor for your computer. You can't always use a laptop as a second screen to your iPhone. It' just doesn't work that easy. Besides....this is a lot cheaper than either of those options.
@@wereviewitall Yeah, cos Apple make everything so compatible lol :)
you can..i have one for presentations...for small groups ...i have the 17" screen and it really sets me apart from my competitors.
The sound it’s not very good with my iPhone. Could I add a portable speaker to it?
@@sandraalms6745 Bluetooth speaker to your iPhone?
Your instructions for power are not clear.
Plug a USB-C cable into it to power it. That's pretty straightforward.
It needs external power, no internal battery so can’t hold a charge. So it neeeds to be connected to power all the time while in use.
I use the screen with my PS5, connect the ps5 to power, use the supplied USB C to USB C cable and plug it into the front of the PS5. Works great
