  • In this client color analysis case study, I reveal 3 reasons why my client should avoid bright cyan.
    After that, I will show you how I find her 48 healthy colors with my science-based color analysis method, including color combinations and her best jewelry and metals.
    If you have brown hair and blue eyes this video is for you!
    There are not 4 color types as suggested by the Seasonal Color Analysis but 9 billion (and growing)!
    The final colors that I develop are hand-picked for my client.
    Since every person is unique and has a unique color type, only she can wear those exact colors and I don´t recommend wearing her colors even if your color type seems similar!
    I recommend getting your custom color analysis to know which colors and color combinations are healthy for your body.

    This analysis by Ella has answered my questions of why have the traditional colour analysis results more or less been mixed with me.
    My skin being fairly bright and the hue range being narrow has left me wondering but I did not know why, until now. But not anymore, thank you Ella for your work on the theories and practises of colour on humans ❤ I want to recommend this service warmly! Thank you Ella, for this.
    Ps. it is now clear why I have always liked the ”sea” colours. I have been buying a bit different blue clothes for a while since I was analysed True Summer but the right hues will now be the target. So much fun!

    I really like the color cyan looks really good on me, but not bright cyan a moderate cyan not too dark not too light, make me look radiant, it's one of my favorite colors

    • @ellaraystyle
      @ellaraystyle  Před 26 dny +2

      Cyan has a fairly large spectrum. Getting the exact hue of cyan will eliminate any dissonance. For some color types, a deviation of 5 degrees can be significant.

    Another great video! I'm still having a hard time with the energy piece. If a color is way off i can see how it detracts, but still hard for me to see how it energizes. I keep learning though and thank you!

    • @ellaraystyle
      @ellaraystyle  Před 26 dny

      Thank you! The energy piece (triadic analysis) involves calculations, but with proper eye training, it is possible to see it as well.

    When you explained how cyan is not her perfect hue and then showed the true blue side by side, I already knew she'd have a TB root skin color, without even thinking. Her eyes really glow in that blue and her skin looks so radiant in that specific hue. I also liked how you explained that her triadic set needs adjustment. And even though it was a slight adjustment, it was a very impactful one imho (you moved the hues slightly towards their cooler neighbour, right? Which showcases quite nicely that you cannot just shift the hues clockwise or counter clockwise on the color wheel, you have to know what you're doing and why you're doing it).
    I assume color types that are not transitional types in terms of root skin color are those with a more narrow range/less wiggle room in terms of hue. While true deep, true light, true medium color types (with low contrast) would have a more narrow range in value and true bright/true medium/true soft color types would have a narrow range in terms of chroma. That at least sounds logical to me because that sounds like mirroring the EXACT qualities of one's coloring.
    It's also fun to see you explain how certain color types have a wider range of chroma - I was almost sure her blues/greens would be the hues that can be softer and also lighter. Also the fact you explained that some metal colors CAN be used in a more reflective/polished finish because they kind of resemble her skincolor was something I wondered about for quite a while but never thought of asking about it.
    Those sprinkles of additional information about your system really make your videos become more and more interesting to watch.

    • @ellaraystyle
      @ellaraystyle  Před 26 dny +1

      That's great to hear. Thank you!
      As for the chroma range, there are no fixed rules. It is very individual how wide or narrow someone's chroma type is. It has to do with their chroma composition in skin, hair, and eyes as well as other factors of their color type.
      The same goes for the hue range. There is a wide, medium, and narrow range depending on their innate coloring and their need for specific frequencies and amount of energy.
      Hue type and chroma type are also interconnected and interdependent.

      @@ellaraystyle I think I meant what you explained, but was lacking the right words to actually express it. You know when you read an answer and think "that's what I said", re-read what you actually wrote and are like "oh... no that's not what I said.", but I think your explanation is incredibly helpful for other people too, so I am not complaining at all, especially since what I wrote was rather vague and misleading. This definitely was a typical face-palm- moment (while the face palm goes to myself in this case). I have to admit I find it quite hard to express my thoughts about your type of coloranalysis. They often come very random and very "cluttered" and actually sort out while I write comments to your videos. So maybe I would be better off writing down what I think, letting that sink in a bit and checking back on it before I comment down here. Not because I don't want anybody to see this, but because I don't wanna bother people with my cluttered thoughts. I could actually burst out in laughter about this, because this reminds me of many discussions during school with teachers and other students. The more I am interested in a topic, the more cluttered the initial thought processes are going to be. In person, this is way worse though, writing stuff down is much easier to me, to be honest.
      Thank you for clarifying and for your patience.
