As you were cooking the country side recipe , the red chillies used are Byadagi Red Dry Chillies , less spice gives great taste and flavourful releases fentastic, aroma when you fry with a spoon of Oil and brings bright red colour to the recipe and One more superior quality are available called Durby Byadagi Red Dry Chillies gives more bright Red colour and flavourful and less spice , which is grown in Northern region of Karnataka , place called Byadagi .
