"Jungli Maas" or Jungli Meat is a very old dish from Indian state of Rajasthan, the land of Maharajas. Jungli Maas literally means Meat cooked in forest as this dish was traditionally prepared on hunting expeditions with bare minimum ingredients and game meat. Over the time, many variations on this dish have been evolved. This particular episode presents the recipe from Samode Haveli in Jaipur which is owned and managed by Samode Royal Family. It is very easy to make and amazingly tasty. Enjoy the recipe !!!
