Suncast Cloverdale Resin Shed 7x7

We were looking for a small shed to add for backyard storage. This Suncast 7 x 7 resin shed seems to be a helpful thing. I figured, why not make a video of the process?. I hope you enjoy it.

Great video.. for anybody that watch this I would say that from start to finish you could have this done in a day if not it's a good weekend project to do you could spend three or four hours Saturday and 3/4 hours Sunday then have it done!!

Given that you have now had it for a almost two years; are you pleased with it and how is it for being critter (mouse) proof?

The shed is doing very well. It still looks like brand new so far. I haven’t seen any pests inside either; the doors latch tightly all around and I don’t see any other gaps.
It has also resisted the weather pretty well although it’s under the deck, but maybe that protects it from excess UV wear.
It adds quite a bit of storage space and because it’s tucked under the deck by the house, we hardly even notice it.

Did you attach the floor to the concrete?

I thought about it, but decided to wait in case we changed our mind. When the whole thing is assembled it’s actually quite heavy, even though empty. It is 350 lb I think.
And with items in it, it’s even heavier. It hasn’t moved at all, even on windy days.

What was your cost for the shed?

It was at Menards for $750, and then they had 11% mail in rebate
