    Are there default patterns that can be installed on the fly in addition to creating your own?

      The color of the backlighting is not changeable. It is dimmable though. Thanks for watching!

    Is the Liberty II's light more diffused than the original? The color from the Liberty I looks deeper? Is this a camera effect or how the bar actually fires?

    • @SIRENNET
      @SIRENNET  Před 10 lety +1

      The Modules in the Liberty II are actually larger then those found in the Liberty. By having a larger reflector and a newly designed linear optic in front of the Diodes, the Liberty II gives a brighter and larger foot-print in its Lighting output. The Blue Modules are the same coloration. With the two bars having different Module assemblies, the lighting can appear different to the camera(s). The Liberty II likes to blow out the camera more as the lighting output has been improved.

    can you program the lights to be full blue, red/blue and full white???

    • @SIRENNET
      @SIRENNET  Před 7 lety

      You can completely isolate colors. For full Blue, red/blue and full white, that would actually be along the lines of the Trio-Liberty II. The version were showing is equipped with dual color modules.

    @SIRENNET - Can this be done with interior light package ? Also can there be a triple led module to either do red, white blue or red blue amber?

    • @SIRENNET
      @SIRENNET  Před 6 lety

      Yes; when using a WeCan XLP or FST Series Inner Edge. The FST is available as a Trio configuration.

    Are there any tutorials or a manual to help program the lightbar?

    • @SIRENNET
      @SIRENNET  Před 9 lety

      There is not really a Manual that exists for Bar Programming. Whelen Engineering's Technical Department can offer assistance, but really the patterns and display of the Bar is the choice of the End-user(s). After a bit of trial and error, the programming becomes easier. The best thing is that the Programmer offers a pattern Display mode... this allows you to see the pattern / flashing setting without having to hook the bar up to 12volts as the program player shows an animated display.

    Wait, so what do you need to be able to do this

    • @SIRENNET
      @SIRENNET  Před 9 lety

      You need a desk or laptop, A to B data cable, a Whelen Cencom or other WeCan Controller and the WeCan Lightbar itself. The Lightbar and Cencom will each include a Programming CD to get you going.
