    It’s amazing how I’ve sought for mortgage lenders to explain this to me and have never been able to get an answer. Thank you so much for posting!

      Claudio! I’m so glad my video was helpful to you. I think most lenders are lazy and don’t want to help you. They just want to get the commission.

    I was watching this video just to see how much I could afford and when you mentioned Fresno at 9:03, I jumped up. I’m literally in Clovis. Haha. Had no idea when I clicked on this video.

    I love looking at all the numbers as I pay down my car loan on how much more I can afford! It is so much fun to see how much I could afford for my next home!

    its crazy to see that today the house market is 3x interest. 300k home is over 2000. that scale is insane lol.

    Thanks for the video. However, for those that need a video such as this, I don't believe you made it simple to understand; I understand debt to income ratio, but right out of the box you talked wording that is not common to those not in the know. "Lenders DTI". That is the beginning of confusion.
    These calculations saying monthly payment is not considering PMI when not paying 20% or more down that most mortgage companies want.
    Also, no music necessary, especially when teaching. It's competing with your voice volume

    Wouldn't life be better if people save, BAMN to gather all the money they needed, then bought a house. No more debt, mortage, stress, losing home, paying off for rhe rest of your life, etc 🤔🙄 just a thought😘
    Great info. 👍👍👍

    Hi Leo! Are you still allowing people to download your spreadsheet? I would like to have it if it's still possible. I think I see it in the desription.

    What year of income they look at?

    • @LeoLandaverde
      @LeoLandaverde  Před 2 lety

      Your calendar year income. If you are an employee, your w2s. If you are self employed, your tax returns.
