I have 4 credit cards they are less than 10% i have no studen loans or car loans or debt. I have a 655 which im sure it puts me on a fha loan. I also have a total of 40,000 for down payment and closing cost. I amke about $55,000 salary or $26 an hr. Can you help me find out brother? I truly appreciate it. Thank you.
