$800 is the most ive spent as well, on a Rosie. Now im hunting for mini arius. Its all relative. I dont intend on buying at that range often. There is just so much thats great in the $200-$400 range.

Haha, still got ya beat! 1030.00 direct from Koenig! Cept mine is a flipper delete, woven copper carbon fiber, the milled pattern texture, and darkened hardware. I cherish it. Then got the pj ckf otten evo 3.0. Now no more knives! Till production sparrow strix preorder!

Good for you that’s one sweet knife. I feel ya on the expensive part though. I would love to own a koenig or an FSD but I just can’t bring myself to spend that much on a knife yet. Maybe I’ll get there one day. I’ve kinda been stuck in the $200-$500 range for a while now and just recently climbed up closer to the 500. Recently picked up and Xm-18 and I’ll probably be hanging out in this range until my kids get a little older.
I've heard of some people having issues when going for a full grip on the knife. Apparently they are squeezing the knife and it causes them to press on the button lock, disengaging the blade. Have you had those issues?
I can see that happening, But it's easy to adjust for.
I haven't even watched the review yet, but I want one just because of your excitement. 🤣 I don't even know what the knife is or what it looks like.
If the blade shape is one that I like, I will try to buy one if they are still in stock, AND I save the money 💰.

Cpm 154 seems a good choice if you're going to edc it more and CPM 20v is better if you're going to hard use it more like a secondary knife when camping.
A knife that big for me will be the cpm 20v, so I can swap it with my cold steel AD10.
The mora garberg as main knife and folder as my back up.

After seeing the latest Trevor burger knives go for 900 on knife joy, this seems like a better value. CRKS also seem more and more like the sweet spot between price and quality now. I would be nervous to even carry or use an 800 or 900 dollar knife
My wife would boot me from the house if I spent that kind of money on a knife.

As I get older I don't fall for these expensive knives anymore. Give me a 100$ Spyderco Endura if I need a large knife. Maybe a PM2 for 150$.

Just spent $550 on 4 bestechs. Spanish tip razor, Skirmish, ivy, and malware. That was a lot of money for me. But tis the season!
