At one of the Goodwills I frequent, there's a row of single shoes that are considered somewhat "nicer" than the rest--so the staff keep one shoe out and one behind the counter. But it looks like you just found the boot randomly among all the shoes...but someone could have stashed it there.

I went to a warehouse in Silvertown E16 called Thrift factory Kilo sale !!
They had a massive selection you could spend a whole day there.
They only allow some people to pick and choose as they are really exporting mostly. but They also do events , thrift factory £10 per kilo
You need a strong back to go through the clothes as mostly in cages and trollies.
it was worth it as many where Brand new with Tags

The elastic windbreaker pant with 32 on it, you could of, just removed the elastic in the hem to keep the length and what not but they probably with the elastic still on could look really good with your booties.
