If Catherine isn’t royal then none of the women/men that have married into the royal family are royal. She’s not royal by birth but by marriage, and she is an official working member of the royal family who knows exactly how to behave dutifully giving her service.

I wonder if Catherine can possibly greet the players and ballboys/girls and then retreat to a private air conditioned room to watch the action so she is not amongst the crowds, then reemerge to present the prizes. That might work without putting her health at risk amongst too many people, and she can be there and be a part of it all. I know she loves it. I wish her the very best. I am a fan! She is so beautiful and poised. She certainly figured out how to be a proper royal, for one not born into it. She is an impressive woman.
