- A tutorial on how I do more than minimal make up (that's another video, link below) for going out and facing the world fully made up. I've only done half my face so I hope you can spot the difference! I'm not brilliant at make up, especially on my vintage skin, so I hope it helps a little. To make your eyes pop use eyeliner under the eye just over half way and smudge, I think a medium to dark grey would be a better colour eyeliner as black is very harsh especially on older skin. You are a very attractive lady and I hope you try this. Your style is impeccable and I love your blogs, what’s better than a wittering older lady? FAB 🤪🤪

Looks great Suzi - love the foundations and the eye make up - I can never get the hang of eye liner, and always make a mess, so leave it out... but it really does open up the eyes ... might have another go!

Truly you can add lipstick a little eye liner & be dressed up. I'm horrible at eye makeup anymore. I do need to add to my brows. Great video thank you.

I think eyeliner & lip gloss are my only must do and the Sarah Chapman SPF30 'cause it adds a little colour and makes my skin slightly smoother! But a full face of make up is sometimes needed! Suzi x

Love the half face make up video! So very helpful and yes, a wonderful difference! I have found using a eyelid primer has helped me to apply the lid colors(i don't call them eyeshadow anymore lol, that's just me!),as is smooths out the lid creases for me. Look forward to your videos , thank you!!

If you use some concealer all around the crease of the nostrils, it will give a more polished look. If you look at your face in the mirror from the side you'll see what I mean.

Lovely, and inspiring. I don't bother much with makeup these days as tend to have quite low self-esteem and think to myself "what's the point?". But I would probably feel better and more confident if I made the effort. Thank you as always!
Jane, you will probably feel better if you use a little makeup. I feel better when I do. My self esteem is not great either so when I wear makeup it just takes me up a couple of notches. Still not a beauty though.

Hi lovely. Thank you so much. I have inherited my thick hair from my Bulgarian roots! Lucky genes. I wish I could recommend something for you. Will have a dig. Yes I do get my nails done. Have a wonderful girl round the corner to me and have Gellish, which lasts weeks and weeks, and she's really reasonable £20 - it costs nearly double in town! Suzi x

What makeup mirror do you use and the magnification
It’s just a bog standard magnifying mirror from Boots. It’s so old, I can’t really remember! But my eyes are terrible so got the closest I could find as I can’t wear glasses doing my makeup!!! x
Come on Suzy?!! You forgot to make your forehead up!!! I do love a lot watching your videos, but must admit I have some suggestions. Hahahaha Consider using a lighter tone on your eyebrows. It is to avoid the effect 'fly into a milk glass' strong contrast. You did finish prettier, of course! But consider wearing (instead of dark eyebrows) black eye lashes. Even though you paint your own lashes, instead of wearing falsies. And paint your brows at least two shades lighter. Considering you use a light hair tone. I think you might look much younger. I also suggest you get some Renuvion applied on your nasogenian smile lines. Maybe also Restilane or Rejuveness. I say this because I am myself into plastic surgery, Botox, etc.I had my nose refined when I was 23. After both of my pregnancies had my tommy tucked. (Lips tony) Also had my breasts (after 10 months breast feeding) lifted with my own grease, instead of using implants. Those repairs have lasted so well!!! I am happy to still recognize myself in the mirror! Renuvion, is a new technology that can tighten the bottom of your arms! It's fantastic! I am already 52 and have plans to get a face lift, since I already have my chin and neck a little bit saggy! I find SOOO important to fix all those details! BECAUSEEEE! We always will get older. That's THE fact in life. Obvious. BUT If you take care of those physical areas of your persona, then in time you do not deteriorate as much! Then your mood stays as high as your breast, chins, etc! My mother is 80 and as she herself says. It is not the same putting on a beautiful necklace, having a saggy neck, than watch yourself at the mirror, being 80 but pretty, instead of looking as a Shar Pei Puppy! Please think of the importance of what I'm stating! I can share, that I do so much think this way, that I even had to cut up my stomach (bariatric surgery) to force myself to keep fit. I could do it, because living in South America (they in Brazil do too) have a BROAD focus on aesthetics. I honestly give my word. It feels so well having had the reach to all these resources!! I do thank the Lord, because living in this stage of 'mortal life' the material state of the body does matter for your mood and feelings. Much more so in my personal case, since I suffer from anxiety. Having everything in control, gives me peace.I hope other nutties like me around, enjoy my stories and my nutty (I know!) way of thinking! I hope the ones who get to read this have at least a good time, even if they totally disagree! A sister in law of mine does totally disagree with me! Hahahaha I can understand. Blessings for all!

Lipstick is so difficult for me because it bleeds into the upper lip lines. I have to use a long lasting lipstick which is so drying AND aging, but gloss on top makes the bleeding worse! Does the Trinny blur help with that??

Hi there, yes mine bleeds as well and looks dreadful by the end of the day if I don't retouch! I just pop gloss on and then have a fit when I look in the mirror! Thank you for your lovely comment. The Trinny blur does help with the lines and I am pretty sure Look Fabulous Forever does something especially for older lip lines .
