Anand B Deshpande , Not only Ilayaraja , L Vaidyanathan is also from GKV school of music. Also C Ashwath was introduced as singer to films by GK Venkatesh only. Later both LV and Ashwath gave music together as Ashwath -- Vaidi. Shankar Ganesh and Gunsingh also worked under GKV. GK Venkatesh was Dronacharya for many music directors. A true genius.
