I can understand what you're saying, but it is MMA and you have to be able to stop the wrestler, from wrestling you. Because this is how they grind out wins. I believe this is what we're going to see if Sean O'Malley takes the fight with Merab , but the difference with Merab is his ground and pound he just might bust O'Malley up and put him to sleep once he gets him to the ground. If not he stays on his grind, and just keeps taking O'Malley down and just tires him out. Unless O'Malley catchs him, but I don't see that happening. I know he has a lot stronger chin than Sterling. And O'Malley should stay and defend his division, before he decides to go up, just like Illia should stay and defend the 145 lb division before he decides to go up to 155. Guys today win their belts and right away want to go up to the next division, everybody wants to be a two division champion. Clean your division out first then go up, when there's nobody else to fight in your division.

Watching Bisping fight Anderson Silva back in the day was what really solidified me as being a big fan of him. Definitely a legendary fight.

@fox_fface ., Guess you don't remember Silva concusssing Bisping with a flying knee with 2 seconds left in the 3rd rnd, and then not mounting 1 attack in rnd 4, allowing Bisping to recover, to mount his own attack in rnd 5. After watching Silva give his belt to C-weid, the Bisping fight, showed me Silva was throwing fights for Dana and the ufc. Go back and watch the 3rd and 4th rnds of that fight. Due to those fights, I lost respect for Anderson.

I’d like to see a poll on who everyone wanted to see on 299. Personally I was more interested in watching Dustin and Jacks fights. The whole card was amazing but they are the main reasons I bought the pay per view.
I honestly had no interest in the main event.. they could have canceled the main, as walk outs started, and I wouldn't have cared at all. That being said, sean vs aljo sold 350k ppvs. Shows sean can't sell unless the card is completely stacked like 299 was

Everyone keeps saying Saint Denis kept hurting Dustin but I never saw Dustin get hit with anything that stunned or bothered him. He even took a clean knee right on the jaw that snapped his head back and Dustin was still there like nothing hit him
The body kick just before the KO seemed to have bothered him, pissed him off more than anything though.

Ya Suga did great, but also he wasn’t facing the number 1 contender and was facing a guy that’s wasn’t even in the top 5 for his first title defense when the fight was made.. So, far Suga has had the east route in a way other than his title fight against Aljo and he ended up KOing him in the 2nd round.. So far Suga looks great, his next 2 fights will tell us everything. But even if he loses one of them, he’s still young and can come back and win for years to come. As long as he doesn’t take a serious beating like Chito just did. That fight was a war for Chito, he may never be the same after this for all we know. I hope Chito is in a good mindset and doesn’t get too down on himself, he gave it all and has nothin to be ashamed of and still has a great life

Omalley was so good. Cheeto landed that one liver shot in 25min. Even when cheeto went forward most time he was missing. Got through a couple times but mostly missed and omalley would counter and stop his pressure. I love cheeto also but in 25min to fight that perfect is almost never seen and omalley did that. Also most all omalley highlights and knockouts he goes forward. Knockouts sterling moving backward and now he fights backwards. He actually fights both ways so well it’s crazy to watch.
