Royal Enfield Called Me After My Last Video...

- Hey everyone, so after my last video about the experience I had at a major Royal Enfield showroom got some traction, I got a call directly from the showroom owner. He was quite sincere in expressing his regret that such a situation had occurred and emphasized the importance of creating a great customer experience. I was impressed by how the official Royal Enfield CZcams channel also reached out to me and offered their assistance as well.
Keeping on the Royal Enfield theme, they showcased some really sick customized bikes at the Wheels and Waves event in France. Take a look at the BAAK Motocyclette, the Nought Tea GT and the incredibly beautiful Midas Royale.

What's funny is-- they had to listen to you and get back because you have a large number of audience on youtube. If this happened to a common man, nobody would even care and even Royal Enfield would show you a middle finger.
It's a typical Indian attitude they have shown. They just don't care about their customers. It's very risky to go and put my money on this company and hope for some kind of decent treatment after the sale is done.

You know what's even funnier, i bought the first model of the royal enfield electra, which still had the gears on the right and brake on the left side, in 2002 and its been 17 years, still today whenever i go to the showroom for service or repairs, they promptly respond to me and get my work done asap, and i am a "common man", ofcourse it does take a little longer, coz there are a lot more bullets coming in for repairs and services now-a-days, but the mechanics and the staff is pretty courteous...anyways you are absolutely right and you should actually put your money in a foreign company like ducati or bmw or suzuki or kawasaki, why should we waste our hard earned money on an indian company...👍👍👍👍👍

The first video was actual reality of the Indiranagar showroom which many of us have faced in the past, I got an equally bad treatment on my two visits to this place.
The showroom owner has probably threatened or paid this guy to upload this new video. I was at the store just yesterday to book the interceptor for a friend and trust me, nothing has changed, they still treat you as if they are doing you a favor.
Hi Savant Life. A recent subscriber of yours and loving ur videos. Would just like to say that this isn't exactly the other side of the story. We never had a shred of doubt that RE makes good concept bikes and they've stayed true to that tradition. But that doesn't change the fact that there is a vast disconnect between what the RE management is projecting and the ground reality. The truth is that RE still reigns as the king of shitty customer service (especially after sales service) and horrible quality control.
