P0403 | Volkswagen Passat | 2.0 CR TDI | EGR malfunction | Poor acceleration

I have same problem with my tiguan with fault code P0403. But you have egr in front of the engine?

Yes Passat had the egr with the throttle body. Tiguan has the EGR assembly on the rear of the engine, just below the turbocharger. You can access it from underneath the car. All the best. 👍🏻

That's the egr valve. Throttle control flap and EGR valve are together here.
