The symptoms of a clogged egr valve are described very well on the Internet. but I do not feel any difference between pure and clogged.

@@luke9704 no not from egr, but you can from egr cooler pipe or split egr cooler
tim rute it’s had a pressure test and there’s no sign of leaks. Would a pressure test pick it up?

Hy,can dirty EGR cause vibration of motor and that I feel vibration in the car when stand??
Maybe your dual mass flywheel is on the way out mate, it made my whole car vibrate when mine was going.

Did you have problems with particle filter?
For me it was the faulty turbo on 1.9 TDI BLS that was clogging up DPF. I removed DPF and car was smoking even more. So no errors in ECU and finally 2 months later car went into safe mode while driving, got it scanned and it was the bad turbo. Now even with a brand new turbo fitted in, car goes to safe mode, but doesn't smoke anymore. I suspect it might be N75 valve... BLS is sh*t. I get 8-9l/100km fuel economy.

@@antonoctavianoctav6129 it wasnt showing any lights on dashboard, but later on it started going into safe mode - limp mode. The glow plug light came on dashboard blinking and car lost most of the power as it was in safe mode. It never showed any error code on scan untill then, when it showed the turbo overboost, we took off the turbo, which was basically gone. And EGR valve went bad as well. I had 12L/100km combined approx. and after reapiring it went down to 5-6l/100km then the transmission went bad (reverse). I ended up selling the car because it wasn't reliable at all. Also, put 5w40 instead of 5w30 oil because PD camshafts and 5w30 do not go along. Chose engine life over DPF life. That's all I can tell haha
