- How to cook perfect party jollof rice recipe is step by step cooking video. The method used is simple an easy to follow. This recipe is popularly known as Ghana jollf rice or Nigeria jollof rice.

👉 4 cups long grain rice
👉 British Joint Roast Meat ( you can use any meat of choice)
👉 3 medium size white onion
👉3 medium size red onion
👉 1 tumbsize ginger
👉 3 cloves garlic
👉 1 tsp powdered pepper
👉 2 tsp shrimp powder (optional)
👉 300g Tomato puree
👉 salt to taste
👉 Oil for deep frying
👉 4 pieces bay leaves

First of all I really love your background music. My family love jollof we have it everyday especially the kids. I thought I was the only one that cut onions when boiling my meat or chicken. I love fried meat and chicken using the oven is just not the same. I love the way you use the same oil that you use to fried the meat. This jollof rice will be packed with flavour
