So I have to have brake fluid in my system constantly? im replacing all of the brake hoses and the fluid as well, my question is can i completely empty out my system of old fluid (bleeding all hoses on all wheels) before i add the new fluid> or must the reservoir always have some in it?
Hi BassManStrikes! It just makes it easier to work and film more clearly. After that, of course, you can do it without removing the wheel if you prefer. 😌

By completely emptying your system, you run the risk of disarming your abs system, and that's really not recommended.
You don't have to remove the wheels on a truck LOL you can easily access the front and rear bleeders.
