@@carusonj what i mean,is more than 2.. like 5 actors,and those actors have different use cases, they don't have duplicates. How can i turn it to a DFD?
@@skyenicholas6900 In the video, at 4:54, you can see the use case $5. Receive Confirmation only goes to the Customer. The Hotel Staff does not get that Use Case. You can have N number of Actors, with some of them sharing Use Cases, and some of them (like use case #5), only going to one Actor. You can have a new Use Case #8 Generate Sales Reports that goes to a new Actor = Hotel Executive. So it would be Hotel Executive -> #8 Generate Sales Reports.

In professional settings I'd use Visio, but most people now have access to PowerPoint which makes it easier to share and use. What if you have many actors, what should i do?
In the video, there are many Actors. Customers and Hotel Staff are both Actors.
