Tanjuro with a couple of months of sword training could probably kill Muzan. Bro had permanent transparent world could perform hinokami kabura for a day while being sick and never exhausted and he had the mark at birth. Either he was the reincarnation of Yoriichi or this bloodline is very special because the ancestors managed to be the only one to learn sun breathing while every other swordman couldn’t. Tanjuro's only chance is by the advantage of having the hinokami kagura, type of breathing with high offensive power. If the mastered Hinokami Kagura is not enough hability for make him avoid all Kokushibo's attacks and finish him, Tanjuro would die in seconds
I don't get why people like to put everyone higher than Kokushibo (like featless DKT or Tanjuro). Koku is Yoriichi's brother, not talented but hard working. And with 400 years of training and consuming after the battle with his brother he's even closer in power to Yoriichi. The only one who's stronger than Kokushibo after his brother is Muzan (and even that's kinda debatable)

And DKT. In demon form, Tanjiro lost its intelligence, didn't use breathings and was held by human Nezuko and Giyu. He had a potential for becoming stronger than Kokushibo and even Muzan, but that's just the potential. Not what he actually did. With what he showed, DKT wouldn't even be a Lower Moon

Tanjuro is not Yoriichi. These people need to read the manga. It was literally stated that Tanjuro was training from birth to master the SS and STW though perception training, and that that's how the Kamado family has been training for centuries, Tanjuro isnt that special. Thats a much longer time that every hashira was training. If the other hashira had he knowledge about it I'm sure they would also have it. Unlike Tanjuo, Yoriichi unlocked it with no effort.
And Tanjuro was not born with a mark like Yoriichi at all. I'm starting to question if these people are blind or if its me. They are clealy different, accorting to Shinjuro Remgoku, most sun breathing users are born with a BIRTH MARK on their forehead, NOT a DEMON SLAYER MARK. The mark Tanjuro had was just a sun breathig mark, nor a demon slayer mark which are VERY different.
Michikatsu was also very, very talented. Probably the 2nd most talented in the series as it look him about a year or less to become the 2nd stronget demon slayer in history. I was confirmed that he was incomparable to the other slayers (besides Yoriichi) of his generation.
Michikatsu would wipe the floor with him, any hashira would, much less Kokushibo who had mastered his technique and skills beyond human limits. He is literally the best swordsman in the series.
