Vietcong - AI Bugs (heli entering/looping Pointman/Crocker and civilian)

Vietcong is really good game but it still has some bugs that haven't been fixed. This video shows some typical AI bugs most of you will still encounter even today.
iNFO: These bugs are not caused by new OS versions, I remember they were also on WinXP back then.

Do You know how to fix that failed Heli entering? I usually restart the game by dying but I can't do anything while sitting in that Helicoter.
